In Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, both Lease Reassessment and Lease Termination events generate accounting entries to the same system-defined Profit/Loss account.
Business requirement:
We need to configure different GL accounts for:

  • Lease Reassessment events
    Lease Termination events
    within the same accounting method.
    Issue:
    Currently, both events are mapped to the same Profit/Loss account using the seeded accounting setup.
