Error submitting Performance Document Eligibility HDL

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

While submitting an HDL for performance document eligibility, I received the below error (with an example line included). I believe what this is referring to is the "PerformanceDocEligibility" being incorrect, though I referenced the following screenshot so I'm unsure what the issue is.

COMMENT The PerformanceDocEligibility component discriminator isn't valid. The line with the METADATA instruction needs to include a discriminator that's supported by the PerfDocComplete object.

COMMENT A valid METADATA line for the PerformanceDocEligibility business object must appear in the file before any MERGE data lines for the PerformanceDocEligibility business object.
