Custom AI Agent not working for payables

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

Summary:

I'm trying to create a custom AI Agent from scratch for Payables, but constantly receiving the following message:
"Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."



The agent with problems has exactly the same configuration as a preexiting one called "AP Invoice Agent DSCUST" which is working without issues and that is also for FIN/ Payables . (I'm login with the same user when executing both agents)


I also noticed that if I change the Family and Product to Procurement/Purchasing, the error is not shown.

Why is just my custom agent failing when I select Payables but not Purchasing?
