OLC - Getting error while adding URL and QR code inside alert template

We wanted to add URL and QR code inside alert template.

We added the url and qr code inside alert template in 2023 and it worked.

Now we wanted to replace that url and qr code with new one.

But when we tried to add the url and qr code, we are getting the below error as mentioned,
