Amendments in the fields of Passport Document Type

Summary:

We have below requirements from client for Passport Document Type:

1. Hide below Standard Date fields in Passport Document Type due to duplicacy:
   i) From Date
   ii) To Date
   iii) Issued On
2. Make the "Issuing Authority" and "Issuing Location" DFF fields mandatory.
3. Make the Attachment" mandatory for Document Type.

For requirement 1, we are getting below issues:

Application is not allowing to make "From Date" and "Issued On" date fields to Display checkbox Unchecked and gives below error:

"You can't change the value from Y (yes) to N (no) as existing documents will be made invalid. (PER-1530966)"

Also gives below error when trying to Uncheck Display for "To Date" field.
