Redwood doesn't allow to place the LIG outside a tab

in Configure Price Quote

Summary:

In JET UI, we were able to place content below all the tabs, including the LIG, so it didn't matter in which tab the user was, user could access the LIG information at any time.

It doesn't seem to be a way to do that in Redwood, which will generate extra clicks for the user or we would need to add many sections in the Products & Pricing tab.
