Copy Data from Parent to Childs

Summary:
I have a requirement where users will input data at parent member and it should get spread evenly to its children's evenly,
We have a Market, Product, Entity and CC where users will enter at parent at parent member once that is done it should get allocated to its leaf0 members evenly, I tried @MDAlloc but its failing due to cache size,
NOTE: We have around 30K leaf0 market members, 1K leaf0 product, around 200 entities, and 500 CC.
is there any other way to achieve it other then @MDALLOC , will the groovy will work ?
