Using VBS to limit the visibility of the fields and finding some conflicts

Summary:

Using the below condition in VBS rule:

Hiding all Regions and all fields in Assignment Region except 'Assignment Status' field _ the purpose here is to have the logged in user who does not have 'MC HR Specialist -View All' role, see only 'Assignment Status' field when using the action reason code 'MC_UNDERFILL_ENDED"

Issues:
1. The above rule is not applying

2. The Info to include section allows to choose 'Salary', Payroll etc although they are hidden (user should not be able to pick htese options)

3. In When and Why secion, Business unit and Position fields are still displaying although they are marked hidden in the region.
