correct way to write-off already shipped Interorg GIT via intransit shipment but not yet received

Summary:

Customer has more than 600K+ inter organization intransit shipment done but not yet received in the system. Customer wants to write off the Goods In Transit value without affecting the Weighted average cost in the receiving organization. What is the best Oracle recommended way to write-off the Goods-In-Transit

Tested by doing the intransit receipt and then doing a misc issue with a reason code which the SLA ensures to write-off to an Inventory write off expense account by current cost / GIT value. However, the WAC in the receiving org is changed.

How to achieve the write-off without affecting the WAC.
