i was trying to upload an HDL to change employees' sectors, i keep getting this error unfortunately:

The corresponding date effective record in the WorkTerms for date 2025-12-25, action Hire, and effective sequence 1 is missing for the Assignments., Work terms records are required when you create or update assignments.
