How to custom role for remove all real supplier name

Summary:

HI Metalink team,

There is requirement from customer : Buyer cannot see the real name supplier has been respon negotiation. Could the real name supplier change to be dummy supplier
example :
in Standard Functionality oracle fusion :supplier APL Tower --> response no 102
Supplier metrodata --> response no 103

The requirement from customer want real name supplier become dummy supplier (Expected Customer) :
Supplier APL Tower --> become dummy supplier (SUPPLIER 1) --> response no 102
Supplier metrodata --> become dummy Supplier (SUPPLIER 2) --> response no 103

If real supplier name can not change to dummy supplier then Who to remove information real name supplier before negotiation is closed
