Initial form from Netsuite Planning and Budgeting

Hi Everyone,
Our company uses NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB). When we first implemented the application, it was handled by a consultant, and we believe there were some initial forms or templates provided by NetSuite (such as OPEX, CAPEX, Workforce Planning, etc.).
We are wondering:
- Does NetSuite provide default starter forms when the application is first set up?
- If yes, how can we restore or re-enable these forms now?
- Are they available in the application settings?
- Or do we need to import them from Oracle’s content library?
Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated!
