Hello everyone,

I am facing this issue after trying to take action from the email: "After taking action from the email (approve or reject), the task is not completed at the instance level." Can anyone help me to solve this issue, or am missing some configuration?

I approved the task from the email and waited more than 5 minutes, but in the instance tracking the task is still not completed, even though it shows approved/rejected in the email.
