learning skill enrichment is erroring

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an error when running the learning skill enrichment agent. The logs display the following message:

"A Provider Exception was caught on processing Requests. We couldn't connect with the provider. Please try again later."

If anyone has experienced this issue and found a solution, could you please share your insights or the steps you took to resolve it?
