Summary:

Courses are not visible to learners in the learning catalog.

We are starting our UAT in new instance. we have created all the courses but employee unable to see any courses in the learning catalog and employee has seeded role. Learn Specialist able to assign a course to learner but the assignment details are not displaying. Can you please help me on this.
