Worker Concierge - Create Absence

We are in the process of setting up the AI Agent Worker Concierge and testing absence creation, but the agent is currently unable to create an absence.

It responded with the following message:
“Thanks — I can’t submit the absence into Oracle for you from here, but I’ve prepared everything. Here are the details I set up:”

When I asked for more details on why it cannot create the absence, it replied:
“I can’t submit it for you because I don’t have the necessary ability to perform write or submission actions in your Oracle HCM account. Submitting leave must be done by an authenticated user or an authorized HR/manager role so the system records who requested it and preserves audit and security controls.”
