How to detect and consolidate similar skills on Job Profiles?

Summary:

Hi everyone, I’m looking for best practices and possible automation ideas around cleaning up Job Profile skills to reduce redundancy and improve quality.

We’re working on normalizing our skills library and want to keep Job Profiles clean and meaningful. Here’s the scenario:

• We know the Skills Library Enrichment agent can suggest skills for the catalog (and earlier releases allowed synonyms per suggestion), and the Item Catalog lets us add/remove synonyms for custom catalog skills.
• The Job Skills Enrichment agent suggests skills for job profiles but doesn’t appear to handle synonym collisions or similar skills within the same profile.
