I can't reset my password for my free tier account

I can't reset my password. I've tried through the web chat, on the login page, etc and nothing works, I never receive a link. I have a free tier account.,

I've checked the junk folder and waited many hours, but the email is not there. In the help center it was suggested to use the chat and after doing so they sent me to the forum as the last resort, and they told me that I should be getting help here, because the chat agents can't access the OCI resources.

What should I do now?
