How to create Seperate Order Release from Ob Lines using the Agent

Summary:

We have a requirement to create Order Releases from Order Base Line and this process should be Automated so for that we have Inserting ob_release_instruction details for each ob line and it got inserted succefully but hower when the Order is getting released its Combining all the release instructions and creating single order but we want each Release instruction should be created as Seperate Order.
