Unable to clone an autonomous database (ATP) on free tier

Summary:

I have 7 tables that are missing data and I need to restore my backup from 2025-12-31. I currently only have 1 database and when I try to create a clone from (this DB is for an APEX app) the backup using all of the defaults it runs for a while and gives me an error.

The Autonomous AI Database operation could not be completed due to an unexpected error.Refer to JobId 804086a5-6043-4457-abec-43296944a2ab and WorkRequestId c89afcfb-75b3-4fb5-aa0e-bc44cd30b36b when opening a Service Request at My Oracle Support.
