Issue with Employee Replacement Workflow Assistant

Summary:

We have used seeded Employee Replacement Workflow Assistant Agent and trying to deploy it. We are facing an issue with if condition

Case 1: When user has position defined example Person Number 101

The input condition is getting calculated as true but the output is coming is false, which is ambiguous

Use Case 2: When user does not have position defined

The input condition is getting calculated as false but the output is coming is false.

In both scenario, the output is resulting as false.

How can we achieve output as true as per below flow diagram of the seeded agent ?
