Unable to find documents uploaded by employees under Family and emergency Contact info

When an employee update contact information under Family and Emergency Contact info page, there is an ability to add employee comments and upload documents. However, the documents uploaded by employees are not stored in Oracle. Could any please guide where these attachments will be available?
