Issue Accessing Data in Custom HCM BI Report in Lower Environment

Hi Team,

We have a custom BI report in the HCM module that retrieves both Salaried and Hourly employee data. Although the required data access and roles appear to be correctly configured, the report is not returning any data in the lower environment.

We are able to view the data as expected in Prod; however, in the lower environment the report output is blank. This is impacting our ability to proceed with the required report modifications.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue, could you please advise on the specific setups or configurations that should be validated from our end to ensure data visibility in BI Publisher reports for HCM?
