*Hello everyone , i am facing a problem in workforce scheduling module and i need help*

I have created shifts, work patterns types and templates and i am trying to assign those templates to employees but i am not able to, i have tried it from every path and i have tried from the administrator side and the schedule manager/line manager side, and when i go to the work patterns task and i choose an employee, nothing shows in the list of values as you see, If anyone know how to help or know if i am missing a step or anything i would be grateful
