Customer Tax Profile: Tax Configuration Content Upload via Schedule fica Retrying

Hi community,

We are working on a Customer integration and need to populate/update data in the Customer Tax Profile (4 tabs: Controls and Defaults, Tax Registrations, Classifications, Tax Reporting Codes).

We found an inconsistent behavior for the job “Tax Configuration Content Upload” (Metadata Name: FinancialsTaxMultiFileUpload):

1) When executed via UI (Rapid Setup Spreadsheets)

Navigation: Setup and Maintenance > Transaction Tax > Manage Tax Regimes > Rapid Setup Spreadsheets

Oracle triggers Tax Configuration Content Upload and automatically passes the parameter:

• The request is submitted normally and proceeds as expected.
