HSDL Template Security is not working as expected

Hi,

We have a requirement for a custom role to access only specific spreadsheet templates.

The custom role has the following privileges

Access HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader Templates and

Load Data Using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader

In the spreadsheet template configuration, we have verified that the templates are in Active status and that the custom role has been added under the Role Access tab.

However, when logged in with this role, the user is unable to access the spreadsheet templates through Run Spreadsheet Data Loader -
My Client Groups → Data Exchange → Spreadsheet Templates → Run Spreadsheet Data Loader.

Can you please confirm if anyone else has encountered a similar issue?
