Redwood Compare Items is not appearing

Hi All,

I am trying to perform Compare items and unable to find this option under Actions — View All Actions.

I see the duty role ORA_EGP_ITEM_COMPARE_DUTY has to be granted, however, while trying to add user, system has greyed out and is not allowing to add users for this role.

I have the roles Application Implementation Consultant and IT Security Manager assigned to my user.

I tried copying it to custom role and grant user access, and still unable to add user. Please help to let me know how to get this resolved.
