Hi,

We have the following queries using Ai Agent Studio in Fusion 25D.

  1. Is there a way to track user engagement for the AI Agent. How many users has asked how many queries, and errors/no response recorded?
  2. Can the AI Agent be enabled as an icon instead of URL using guided journey? Currently the below is enabled as a hyperlink as shown in screen shot attached.
