OLC - Unable to add the URL inside alert template and getting error

Summary:

Getting error while adding the URL as a link inside alert template.

I raised an SR but Oracle Support rejected it and mentioned its an custom alert which we won't support.

When we tried to add the URL inside alert template, we are getting the below error,
