Is there a way to bulk end-date, delete, or archive Manage Rate and Burden Schedules?

Summary:

There are currently 30,000 rate tables, and it is difficult to find the one needed.
We want to end-date, archive, or delete those that are no longer needed. Is there a way for us to bulk clean up the data (aside from manually end-dating each one)?
