Enable TimecardApprovalFYI Notifications Only for Auto-Approved Time

Currently, TimecardApprovalFYI notifications are sent for all approvals, but they do not include approver details or comments. This creates confusion for timecards approved under ProjectManagerRule and LineManagerRule, where approver information is critical. We want to configure the TimecardApprovalFYI task so that FYI notifications are sent only for auto-approved timecards (indirect time).

Question:

Is there a way to configure BPM Worklist or Transaction Console so that TimecardApprovalFYI triggers only when Approval Status = Auto-Approved? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
