Sales order collected to Planning but not available in Supply Plan

The sales order is collected to Planning and is available in plan inputs however it is not available in the Supply Plan. What could be the reason?

  • Plan was run with refresh after sales order collection
  • Status of the sales order is "Partially Closed"
  • Order has 3 item lines where 2 are closed and 1 is in "Awaiting Shipping" status , + one more line for Freight charge
  • The SO line with awaiting shipping status is having a requested date "06-Jan-2026 4:59 AM"
