how to update Customer to existing Project in Bulk through Rest Api

I am using Projects Rest Api, there i am trying to add Customer to existing projects. In the Projects sheet, if i select change as 'create', it throwing error, Use Unique Project Number/Name, if i gave update its not taking, automatically changing to Create.

Can anyone let me know, how to update/add customer to existing project through Rest Api
