copy all documents from order release to shipment

Summary:

Order release is having multiple documents, is there a way to copy all the documents to the shipment ? I am using 'ADD DOCUMENT FROM' action , but it pulls only one document to shipment , also it needs a saved query.

Another situation is in case of multiple orders into a single shipment, all orders documents need to be there in shipment.
