Oracle Visual Builder for Work center resource shift.

Summary:

I have two work centers with more than 500 resources, and I need to assign shifts to all of them. The CSV import functionality does not support uploading more than 500 records in a work center. I have raised a ticket for that so I was advised to use Oracle Visual Builder instead. I need help understanding how to connect the work center resource shift data to Oracle Visual Builder using Excel and update the records in bulk.
