Two questions today

Question 1:

Is there a report or function where I can see what email alerts or notifications ARC has sent. I am looking for a list of what type of notification sent to which user at what time.

I had a question from a user claiming not to receive alerts, and I have no way of checking if this is correct or not. I can see that ARC is sending notifications, but only a total of how many alerts and not the details.
