Required Member unable to view Secret Category Community in Learning Catalog

Summary:

Expected behavior is that a required member is able to view the Secret Category Community as a tab in the learning catalog just below the search bar. Thing is, i can't seem to find it. Another observation being that when i was creating the Category Community, just below the "secret" visibility option there was a prompt saying that only members are able to view the community in the "search results".

I am aware that in previous versions of OLC, Category Communities appeared as tiles in the search results of the learning catalog. In the current version, it appears as a tab. Is the system config making visibility changes in the search page, when it should be doing so on the Tabs just below the search bar in the learning catalog?
