Popup to be triggered on account change on service request creation

The requirement is to trigger a popup on account change on the sr creation & details page in Redwood UI.
Approaches Taken
» Binding a custom template with the standard account field which checks for the flag on the account & triggers the popup. (Challenges with this approach : Binding the custom template to the standard field resulted in the standard functionality of the accounts & service profiles association going for a toss)
» UEF to be used for the accounts value change. (Challenges with this approach : Since change in account & service profiles are dependent the functionality implemented via uef conflicted during the sr creation scenario. As the service profile change can also change the account but this couldnt be captured using the field change event in UEF)
