Is there a way to create a report to show details and information for Buyer Assignment Rules?

Columns needed are:
- Rule Sequence
- Rule Set
- Requisition BU
- Supplier
- Noncatalog Request
- Currency
- Procurement BU
- Buyer
- Last Update Date
