Can Context Segment in descriptive flexfields be restricted based on Roles?

On the Offering page, under the General Information tab, we have created a Context Segment, where you can select a value, and additional fields are displayed based on the selected value. Usually, when you select the value "HRDC", the other fields are displayed.

Suppose we have selected a user with data role called HR Learner . When the user goes to offering page, in the context segment, if he selects"HRDC", we do not want the additional fields to be displayed. All users assigned to this specific role should not have access to these fields

Is this requirement feasible?
