Can someone pls clarify the below:

  1. How to enable the Labor Optimization (is it available in the offering area so we can opt-in the feature, we can see the Workforce Scheduling in the Workforce Deployment area in our instance but we can not see Workforce Labor Optimization)
  2. Can you pls confirm the below understanding for the Labor Optimization:
    Labor Optimization is a built in engine which makes the system auto generate shifts/schedules based on the workload which is being imported via the HDL. Can you pls list any other feature under the Labor Optimization?
