Absence UoM Days integration with Time and Labor

in Workforce Management

Hello experts,

I am currently implementing Time and Labor and have enabled the integration between Absences UoM in Days and Time and Labor. However, I have noticed that the absence is displayed in the time card using its original duration of Day, instead of being converted into hours. This is causing confusion for users, because on the same day they might see values like 0.50 days and 7 hours together.

Could you please share any advice or let me know how you have handled this situation in similar scenarios?
