Display the rows based on run time selection in data form (HFM to FCCS)

Need some thoughts to replicate the below HFM functionality in FCCS-Data form

Scenario: -

We have more than 500 icp entities which is generating 500+ ICP members in the application.

User needs to input data based on a combination of account & ICP members for an entity. We have created a data input form, but the issue is displaying all the 500+ rows, and user has to scroll down or up to find out required ICP member is a challenging activity even searching also not that intuitive.

Now user is looking for similar flexibility like in HFM where system will give an option to pick the list of ICP members /add the icp members and those members will be displayed in the rows of the data form to take the input.
