Get personal Payment Methods REST API not returned data

Hello,

We attempted to retrieve employees’ personal payment methods using the REST API; however, the API returns a 200 (OK) response with no data.

The required role has already been assigned to the user (Human Capital Management Integration Specialist), but the issue still persists.
