Accounts members Enabling for the respective Cube

In Planning Application: We have enabled a particular Accounts for financials Cube but we are not able to enable it for the Projects cube. What can be probable cause and how to resolve it. Additionally, we need to load the data in these Accounts as well but ignoring these accounts in the Data Exchange is not working as well.
