Edit Button in Demographic Info is missing 25D

We have 2 Roles in HR department:

Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Business Specialist

Since Release of 25D both roles can not EDIT the demographic Infos of an employee. The Edit Button is missing. What can we do here?
