How can we change UOM for currency for email notifications generated from Automation Agents?
Summary:
Hello Community,
We have implemented OTM for a French customer and are using the standard agent action “Notify Contact” to send alerts when an EDI Invoice has an incorrect BILL TO.
Although the invoice costs are received in EUR via EDI, the notification email displays all cost values in USD. The customer wants the notification email to show costs in EUR instead.
Is there a way to configure or modify the Notify Contact email to display costs in the invoice currency?
