ANC-3405194 Error Occured while submitting vacation leave for 4 days.

Summary:

One Employee having Vacation Balance and he is trying to apply 4 days of leave but the system is giving error and he can only able to apply 1-2 days of vacation leave. It is happening in Production not in our Non-prod instance.
An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194) Details: Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module AbsenceEval, Method createProcessingData and Error Exception during absence processing. Cannot invoke "java.sql.Date.getTime()" because "tempBalanceEndDate" is null.
