How to import transfer orders in backlog management for external source system

Summary:

We are facing some challenges to see the transfer orders in backlog management.

Here we are using the external source system (Oracle EBS) as an input for the collections.
In present case, client is creating purchase order in "X" organization and based on purchase order "Y" organization creating the Internal Sales Order.

"Y" organization crate the transfer order for the shipment because client wants the end to end visibility in the supply planning.

Also, client has requirement to reschedule and prioritize the Transfer Order through BLM.
