Job Offer DFF values not appearing in OTBI

We are trying to pull a Job Offer Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) OTBI report for India, the values are appearing blank. Interestingly, we can see the correct values when using a BI Publisher (BIP) report, but they remain missing in OTBI.
